Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an Inboundcore account, accessing the platform, or receiving any call, lead, or transfer through our network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

2. ABOUT INBOUNDCORE

Inboundcore is a technology platform that routes inbound consumer calls and warm transfers to licensed insurance agents. We are a technology intermediary only. We do not sell insurance, provide insurance advice, or act as an insurance agency. Agents who use this platform are independent contractors solely responsible for their own conduct, licensing, and compliance.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

To use Inboundcore you must:

  • Hold a valid active insurance license in every state for which you accept calls through this platform
  • Provide accurate information during onboarding including your licensed states, contact information, and payment details
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with any third party
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Not be barred from receiving insurance leads or calls under any applicable law or regulatory order

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the licensed states you self-report. Inboundcore routes calls based on the states you provide. If you accept a call in a state where you are not licensed, that is your violation. We assume no responsibility for verifying your licensing status.

4. CREDITS AND BILLING

Credits are purchased in fixed amounts and consumed as qualifying calls complete. A call becomes billable only after exceeding the product-specific buffer threshold — 25 seconds for Inbounds and TV Inbounds, 90 seconds for Warm Transfers.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except at Inboundcore’s sole discretion. Chargebacks filed against legitimate credit purchases may result in immediate account suspension.

5. CALL ROUTING AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Calls are routed through third-party providers including CallGrid and Telnyx. Service availability and call quality depend in part on those providers. Inboundcore does not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted call delivery, or any specific call volume.

We make no representations about the number of calls you will receive, your earnings, or conversion rates.

6. TCPA COMPLIANCE — READ CAREFULLY

Inboundcore sources consumer calls and transfers through TCPA-compliant channels. Consumer consent is captured and recorded prior to routing any call to an agent. Inboundcore maintains consent documentation for calls originating through our network.

Inboundcore’s TCPA compliance covers only the act of routing the initial call to you. What happens after that call connects is entirely your responsibility.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • Every word you say on a connected call
  • Any follow-up contact you initiate with a consumer after a call ends including callbacks, texts, or any other outreach
  • Any phone number a consumer provides you during a call that you subsequently dial or contact
  • Honoring all Do Not Call requests made during or after any call
  • Complying with all federal and state telemarketing laws including the TCPA, TSR, and applicable state statutes
  • Maintaining your own internal DNC list and scrubbing against it before any follow-up contact

IF A CONSUMER PROVIDES YOU THEIR PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER DURING A CALL AND ASKS YOU TO CALL THEM BACK, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT NUMBER AGAINST THE NATIONAL DNC REGISTRY AND YOUR INTERNAL DNC LIST BEFORE DIALING. INBOUNDCORE HAS NO VISIBILITY INTO OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTACT YOU INITIATE OUTSIDE OF OUR PLATFORM.

7. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

By using this platform you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inboundcore, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, regulatory actions, fines, penalties, damages, losses, and legal fees arising from or related to:

  • Any TCPA violation committed by you or attributable to your conduct after a call connects
  • Any DNC violation arising from contact you initiated outside of the Inboundcore platform
  • Any statement or communication you made to a consumer during or after a call
  • Your failure to maintain a valid insurance license in any state where you accepted a call
  • Any misrepresentation made during account setup including false state licensing information
  • Any regulatory action taken against you by a state insurance department or the FTC or FCC
  • Any lawsuit filed against you by a consumer, plaintiff attorney, or regulatory body related to your use of leads or calls received through this platform

This indemnification survives termination of your account and these Terms of Service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INBOUNDCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST CALLS, REGULATORY FINES, OR LEGAL FEES YOU INCUR IN ANY THIRD-PARTY ACTION.

INBOUNDCORE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL CREDITS YOU PURCHASED IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use Inboundcore to:

  • Contact any consumer who has requested removal from contact lists
  • Misrepresent your identity, licensing, or products
  • Record calls without proper disclosure where required by law
  • Share, sell, or redistribute consumer information received through the platform
  • Use consumer information for any purpose other than the insurance sale the consumer consented to discuss
  • Share your account credentials with any other person

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. TERMINATION

Inboundcore may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or applicable law. Upon termination any unused credits are forfeited unless Inboundcore determines a refund is appropriate.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Inboundcore.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Inboundcore reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

NOTICE TO AGENTS: By activating any product and accepting calls you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety including the indemnification and TCPA sections. If you do not agree, deactivate your account immediately.
