1. What we collect
To run your account we collect the email and password you give at signup, the phone number and state filters you enter during onboarding, and basic call metadata returned by our third-party providers (number, duration, disposition). Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we don’t store card numbers. Final binding language pending legal review.
2. How we use it
To provision your call destinations, send transactional email (verification, receipts, password reset), and respond to support requests. We don’t sell your data. Final binding language pending legal review.
3. Third-party processors
We share necessary subsets of your account data with: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), CallGrid (call routing), and Sentry / PostHog (error + product analytics). Each processor has its own privacy practices; we’ll list direct links to those policies in the final published version.
4. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of your account plus a period after closure for tax + audit purposes. Specific retention windows pending legal review.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR / CCPA / similar) you may have the right to access, export, correct, or delete the personal data we hold. To exercise any of those rights, email support@inboundcore.com. Final binding language pending legal review.
6. Email preferences
Transactional emails (verification, receipts, support replies) can’t be opted out of while your account is active — they’re part of the service. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link in every footer. The unsubscribe page lives at /unsubscribe.
